Eligibility
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: - Healthy adults (aged 18 and over) without known musculoskeletal disorders. - Ability to perform the required test movements (e.g. bending, lifting) without pain or discomfort. - No known neurological disorders that affect motor control or muscle activation patterns. - Ability to provide written informed consent and to follow the study instructions in German or English.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: - Current or recent injury (within the last 6 months) to the lower limbs, trunk or back that could affect muscle activation or movement patterns. - Any known allergy or skin sensitivity to adhesives or the materials used in the study (e.g. medical grade silicone adhesive, TPU). - Taking medication that significantly impairs neuromuscular function (e.g. strong muscle relaxants, certain painkillers). - Inability or unwillingness to adhere to the study protocol or give informed consent.
