Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - Patients with an underlying oncological disease - Patients who are cared for in the oncology department at University Hospital of Graz - Relatives of oncological patients who are cared for at the University Hospital of Graz and have accepted the oncological care counselling service -Reading and writing skills in German

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - Patients without an underlying oncological disease - Patients who are being cared for in another department at the University Hospital of Graz - Patients who are being cared for in another hospital - Relatives of patients without an underlying oncological disease - No reading and writing skills in German

Primary

MeasureTime frame
The aim of this survey is to find out whether the participants are satisfied with the programme and whether their support needs with regard to the disease, symptom management and supportive measures have been met. The end point is the evaluation of the oncological care counselling service by the patients. The evaluation is carried out using a questionnaire. Patients receive the questionnaire at the end of their care in the oncological outpatient clinic.

MeasureTime frame
A further aim of this survey is to find out how oncological nursing advice is perceived by the multi-professional team in the oncological outpatient clinic and whether it provides them with support in their day-to-day work. The evaluation is carried out using a questionnaire. Employees receive the questionnaire as part of the introduction to oncological care counselling.
