Group 1: The biological maturity status of the players is determined quarterly over a period of one year. Formula-based methods according to Khamis-Roche, Mirwald, Moore and Fransen and the ultrasound

MeasureTime frame
The literature shows that the prevalence of injuries, particularly growth-related injuries, increases during the growth spurt. The aim of the study is to find out which method with its red flag area can best detect injuries, especially growth-related injuries. In practice, this allows reliable statements to be made as to whether a player is more susceptible to injury due to his maturity status and should therefore be monitored more closely.
