Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - Diagnosed addiction to alcohol (optionally with other substance addictions) - Ability to use and access a smartphone - Adequate knowledge of German - Willingness to participate in outpatient follow-up treatment at the cooperating practice.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - severe comorbidities (e.g. acute schizophrenia, acute risk of suicide) - media addiction disorder - significant learning difficulties

MeasureTime frame
Relapse rate: defined as the proportion of individuals who have experienced a relapse or individually reported uncontrolled consumption by T1 (6 weeks after discharge) . Collected using the Timeline Followback Method (TFLB).

- Participation in outpatient follow-up treatment (number of consultations attended) - quality of life (WHOQOL-BREF) - patient satisfaction (ZUF-8) - direct measurement of change (BESS) - time to first relapse (time-to-event analysis) - self-efficacy (ASKU) - acceptance and usability of the platform (SUS) - resulting time expenditure In addition, a formative evaluation using interviews examines the integrability of the concept, potential barriers and the relevance of the app.
