Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Primary outcomes include pain intensity, measured using the Multidimensional Pain Inventory – German version (MPI-D), and quality of life, assessed with the Assessment of Quality of Life – 8 Dimensions (AQoL-8D). Assessments are conducted at three time points: prior to the intervention (pre), immediately after completion of the 12-week program (post), and 12 weeks following the end of the program (follow-up).

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Secondary outcomes include physical and emotional functioning (MPI-D subscale), patient-rated global improvement (1 item), pain acceptance (CPAQ-D = Chronic Pain Acceptance Questionnaire), and symptoms of anxiety and depression (PHQ-9 = Patient Health Questionnaire-9 and GAD-7 = Generalized Anxiety Disorder-7). Assessments are conducted at pre-intervention, post-intervention, and 12-week follow-up.
