Inclusion criteria: chronic pain, age =18, sufficient German language skills
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: acute suicidal tendencies, uncorrected hearing impairment, currently in psychotherapy

| Primary outcomes include pain intensity, measured using the Multidimensional Pain Inventory – German version (MPI-D), and quality of life, assessed with the Assessment of Quality of Life – 8 Dimensions (AQoL-8D). Assessments are conducted at three time points: prior to the intervention (pre), immediately after completion of the 12-week program (post), and 12 weeks following the end of the program (follow-up). | — |
