Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Mothers: Vaginal live birth in one of the participating obstetrics departments Birth companions: Accompanying a mother in the delivery room from the study population Documentation: Full survey of all live births Midwives: Midwives employed at the participating departments Physicians: Physicians employed at the participating departments

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: For the maternal survey and the birth companions: Cesarean section birth
