Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients undergoing elective surgery in the fields of a) orthopaedics, b) trauma surgery, c) general surgery, d) urology, e) maxillofacial surgery or f) thoracic surgery operations
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who receive epidural or spinal anesthesia 2. Patients with a chronic pain diagnosis 3. Patients who had anesthesia in the last four weeks before the current operation 4. Patients who require ICU treatment 5. Patients requiring mechanical ventilation after leaving the operation room 6. Patients who receive clonidine as medication as part of a disease 7. Patients who receive pregabalin or gabapentin or related active substances as medication in the context of a disease 8. Persons with any kind of dependency on the investigator or employed by the sponsor or investigator. 9. Pregnancy or breastfeeding
