Inclusion criteria: ? Usage data: Use of the Curamenta platform in 2024 (last login after 01.01.2024 and first login before 31.12.2024) ? Patients: Use of the Curamenta platform in the 3rd level and consent at the time of inclusion in Curamenta in the contact for evaluations and usage analysis of the Curamenta platform in 2024 ? Practitioners: Successful training on the use of Curamenta
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: o Usage data: no use of the Curamenta platform in 2024 o Patients: no consent to be contacted for evaluations when included in Curamenta & no use of the platform in 2024 o Practitioners: no training on the use of Curamenta & no consent to record interviews for evaluation purposes
