Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Only healthy participants within the age of 18-65 will be included in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Participants will be excluded if they are taking antibiotics or other medications that could significantly affect the composition of the microbiota.

Detection and qualitative characterization of enzymatic modifications of xenobiotics by the human gut microbiota using a newly developed in vitro model system. (Based on metabolite profiles identified via HPLC and LC-MS analysis)

MeasureTime frame
Establishment and validation of a reproducible, high-throughput-compatible gut microbiota model derived from pooled stool samples, enabling standardized analysis under anaerobic conditions. (Parameters include reproducibility of preparation, microbial composition stability, and technical feasibility)
