| The strength of the foot and calf muscles is assessed using a 3-repetition maximum (3-RM) heel raise test. Measurements are taken at two time points: before the start of the intervention period and after completion of the intervention, thus after 6 weeks. Ankle joint mobility (range of motion) is measured using a goniometer. This is also assessed before and after the 6-week intervention. To determine functional changes in the foot, the German version of the Foot Function Index (FFI-D) is used. This is a validated German-language questionnaire that includes both a pain scale and a function scale. It is administered at two time points: prior to and after the 6-week intervention period. | — |
