Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Adult patients (>18 years) with a clinical indication for the use of the single-port (SP) robotic-assisted system. This includes urological malignancies such as renal cell carcinoma, urothelial carcinoma, prostate cancer, and testicular tumors. Patients undergoing reconstructive procedures in the pelvis are also eligible, for example for symptomatic cystocele, subpelvic stenosis, genital prolapse, stress urinary incontinence, or adenoma enucleation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients without a sufficient clinical indication for the SP system are excluded from the study.

Primary

MeasureTime frame
We aim to characterize perioperative, postoperative, functional, and oncological outcomes in patients undergoing surgery with a robotic single-port (SP) system. The collected parameters will serve to systematically evaluate procedural safety and quality of care and will be compared with corresponding data from the multiport robotic platform.

Secondary

Comparison of single-port robotic-assisted interventions with multiport and open surgical procedures, including an analysis of the surgeons’ learning curves.
