Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients who provide consent that a tissue sample my be obtained for investigations.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: manifest peripheral arterial occlusive disease, chronic heart failure NYHA class IV, chronic renal failure stage 3

Primary

MeasureTime frame
The primary outcome is reached when the following question can be answered with sufficient statistical power: Does ex vivo pharmacological inhibition of specific proteinkinases in small arteries from different organs affect vasoconstriction and phosphorylation of proteins critically involved in eliciting vasoconstriction? Depending on the laboratory methods (small vessel myography, stimulation of vessels for protein phsphorylation, transcriptome analyses, morphology), tissue samples will be investigated immediately upon receipt or in preserved form. The lab investigations will be performed in tissue samples that are obtained at a single time point per patient. There is no clinical outcome.
