Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients from the three study clinics who received IEHT (Inpatient Equivalent Home Treatment) or inpatient psychiatric treatment in 2020
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: - Patients without a permanent place of residence, - Patients residing outside the catchment area of the clinics - Patients whose index treatment duration was less than five days - Privately insured and self-paying patients -Patients insured with one of the health insurance providers that allow participation in services under §64b "model project"
