Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - At least three hours of endurance exercise per week - Regular menstruation - No hormonal contraception - Health (i.e. no chronic illnesses) - Signed declaration of consent and signed transfer contract

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - Limited ability to cooperate (e.g. serious psychiatric and/or neurological illnesses) - Existing pregnancy - Chronic illnesses - Irregular periods and/or other cycle disorders - Hormonal contraception - Lack of a signed declaration of consent and/or transfer agreement
