Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: -Sufficient knowledge of German to understand the study and to give informed consent -Willingness and ability to give informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: -Known chronic illness that is highly likely to lead to relevant blood count changes (e.g. chronic lymphocytic leukemia, anemia) -Blood donation / blood transfusions within the last 3 months -Pregnancy or breastfeeding (fully breastfeeding for the last 6 months) -Current infection (e.g. cold, tonsillitis, appendicitis), fever or CRP >5mg/dl -Known chronic infectious diseases such as HIV infection or hepatitis B, C or D, syphilis, haemoparasites or intestinal parasite infection

Detection of the rate of iron deficiency with normal and decreased hemoglobin (HB) levels in healthy people without underlying pathology

-To assess the gender-specific rate of iron deficiency with decreased Hb levels in healthy individuals without underlying pathology -To record the gender-specific rate of changes in platelet count in the presence of iron deficiency -Recording the gender-specific rate of a lowered ferritin value with normal and lowered Hb values in each case -Recording of the gender-specific rate of a lowered MCV value with normal and lowered Hb and ferritin values in each case -Analysis of all parameters within the female gender with regard to menstrual phase of life and menopause -Analysis of subgroups by recording socio-demographic factors using a Diversity Minimal Item Set (DiMIS) and by recording dietary habits, quality of life, resilience and performance -Determining the prevalence of the Duffy Null phenotype in Germany, taking ethnicity and migration background into account -Gender-specific re-evaluation for neutrophil granulocytes -Hypothesis-generating gender-specific re-evaluation of all reference values of the differential blood count currently valid in Germany
