| The primary objective of the study is to evaluate the diagnostic potential of (FDG-)PET-CT for detecting colorectal carcinomas and relevant precursor lesions. The endpoint is the correlation of SUVmax values from (FDG-)PET-CT with histological findings from colonoscopy. | Secondary endpoints are the determination of the diagnostic accuracy of (FDG-)PET-CT for colorectal lesions by calculating sensitivity, specificity, and positive and negative predictive values. In addition, optimal SUVmax cut-off values are defined using ROC analysis and the Youden index.
