Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Healthy individuals Regular physical activity (at least once per week)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Orthopedic disorders Rheumatologic disorders Cardiovascular diseases Psychiatric disorders Acute viral or bacterial infections Pregnancy Lack of willingness to cooperate (non-compliance) Physical or mental conditions that prevent participation in tests or answering questions Participation in another study

Mean heart rate during the last two minutes of the lifting task Mean energy expenditure (kcal/min/kg) during the last two minutes of the lifting task Perceived exertion (modified Borg scale, CR10) immediately after the lifting task Difference in perceived wearing comfort (visual analogue scale) from pre- to post-condition All four endpoints are treated equally as co-primary endpoints.
