Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: • Patients of all genders with Parkinson’s disease experiencing motor fluctuations who are receiving inpatient treatment at the Department of Neurology at the University Medical Center Hamburg-Eppendorf • Written informed consent to participate in the study • Patient’s ability to operate the tablet application

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: • No written informed consent to participate in the study • Indications of a demential syndrome • Inability of the patient to operate the tablet application

Development of a procedure for diagnosis and therapy optimization in Parkinson’s patients based on existing pseudonymized clinical longitudinal data.

Validation of the system using prospectively collected clinical data on Parkinson’s disease.
