Inclusion criteria: Managers or staff working in facilities that provide care for children, adolescents, or young adults with post-viral syndromes and have gained experience with it
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: No sufficient knowledge of German

| As part of the KidsCarePVS study (Subprojects 3 and 4), this is a purely observational, non-interventional study. No medical procedures are conducted. The “investigations” refer solely to data collection via: Quantitative online surveys using standardized questionnaires: Subproject 3: Heads of institutions from SPZs, children's hospitals, and pediatric practices ? one-time survey (approx. 15 minutes) Subproject 4: Healthcare professionals from SPZs, non-SPZ post-COVID centers, and freelance therapists/pediatricians ? one-time survey (approx. 20 minutes) Qualitative interviews (Subproject 4): Medical and non-medical professionals ? one-time interview (approx. 45 minutes) Cognitive pretests: Conducted with small samples before main survey launch to test instruments (“think aloud” method) There are no fixed timepoints as in clinical trial phases – all assessments occur once at individually coordinated times during the data collection window. | — |
