| The primary endpoint “Compassion fatigue of psychiatric nurses in Germany” will be investigated using a questionnaire. The questionnaire is collected once at the beginning of the study (May/June). It contains questions about the person (e.g. gender, age, type of training, ward setting, duration of work), a validated, internationally used instrument for occupational quality of life (ProQOL) in German translation to record compassion fatigue and the Work Design Questionnaire (WDQ) to record characteristics of the workplace. The results of the ProQOL can then be used to assess the severity of compassion fatigue. | — |
