Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients who require anesthesiological care for diagnostic and/or therapeutic procedures in the surgical and interventional specialties represented in the Kopfklinik of Heidelberg University Hospital. This includes in particular patients from the following specialties - Neurosurgery - ENT Surgery - Maxillofacial Surgery - Ophthalmology - Neurology - Neuroradiology - Nuclear Medicine - Radiotherapy. In addition, patients are included that are undergoing diagnostic and surgical procedures at the IEZ (Interdisciplinary Endoscopy Center), mainly in the field of gastroenterology, under anaesthesia.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: - Patient refusal to participate in the study (expressed by direct verbal refusal when handed the questionnaire, failure to complete and/or return the questionnaire) - Patients unable to give informed consent - Patients under legal guardianship or with a legal representative - Emergency patients who do not undergo complete premedication in accordance with the regular procedures of the premedication outpatient clinic (however, patients with only urgent (>2h until the start of the procedure) or same-day procedures who are regularly cared for in the premedication outpatient clinic should be included) - Re-presentation of patients and files after previously incomplete and/or too long ago premedication
