Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with haemophilia Inclusion criteria: - 18 years of age or older - suffering from moderate or severe hemophilia A or B - submitted written informed consent Healthy controls Inclusion criteria: - men 18 years of age or older - submitted written informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with haemophilia Exclusion criteria: - other bleeding disorders - surgeries of the elbows up to six month before assessment - suffering from different rheumatologic diseases like M. Bechterev, Psorioasis or other local or generalized joint infections (borreliosis, septic arthritis), (diabetic) neuropathy, other neurological disorders - recent bleedings of the upper extremities within 10 days before assessment Healthy controls Exclusion criteria: - surgeries of the elbows up to six month before assessment - suffering from different rheumatologic diseases like M. Bechterev, Psorioasis or other local or generalized joint infections (borreliosis, septic arthritis), bleeding disorders, (diabetic) neuropathy, other neurological disorders, orthopedic impairments in joints of the upper extremities

MeasureTime frame
Hand fine motor skills (Moberg Pick-Up Test) [s], three measurement time points: two by the same rater (rater 1) with a 60-minute interval to evaluate the test-retest reliability, and a third one by a different rater (rater 2) to calculate the interrater reliability. Each time point includes three measurements per hand Duruöz Hand Index [score points] This assessment will be performed at one measurement point.

pain status: NRS [points] ABR of joints of the upper extremities [number] handgrip strength [kg] (three times per hand to obtain an average) Joint status: HJHS (of elbows) [score points], circumference of forearms and upper arm [cm], Range of motion of elbows, wrists and shoulders [°], HEAD-US of elbows [score points] muscle stiffness [Nm] Each assessment will be performed at on measurement point.
