Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Unselected patients (age >=18 years) with diabetes mellitus type 2 from five diabetes specialist practices in Hessen. Informed consent for participation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Known advanced liver disease (fibrosis =3, liver cirrhosis, HCC) in patients with diabetes mellitus type 2. Pregnancy. No informed consent.

MeasureTime frame
Differentiation of the various MASLD diseases. Number of patients with early-detected HCC. Effectiveness of digital collaboration with specialized practices.
