MeasureTime frame
Change in subjective well-being based on self-reported ratings before and after the video over the course of five consecutive days, compared between the two groups (Idiopraxie vs. PMR). • Well-being is assessed using the following items: • How is your current mood? (positive – negative) • What is your current stress level? (low – high) • How tense does your body currently feel? (low – high) • How relaxed does your body currently feel? (low – high) • How would you currently rate your acceptance of your body? (low – high) • How would you currently rate your physical well-being? (low – high) • How would you rate your experience with the body-oriented training? (pleasant–unpleasant)

Change in the results of standardized psychological questionnaires measured at the beginning (Day 1) and the end (Day 7) of the intervention, compared between the two groups (Idiopraxie vs. PMR), assessed using the following questionnaires: • Brief Symptom Inventory (BSI) – Anxiety, Depression, Somatization • Perceived Stress Scale (PSS; Klein et al., 2016) • German version of the Body Appreciation Scale-2 (German BAS-2; Behrend & Warschburger, 2022) • Heidelberg Questionnaire for the Assessment of Emotion Regulation Strategies (HFERS; Izadpanah et al., 2019) •Self Compation Scale (SCS-D) (Hupfeld, J. & Ruffieux, N. 2011)
