Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: - Age = 18 years - Ability to give informed consent, written consent to participate in the study - Presence of at least two inflammatory inguinal HS nodules (lasting >12 weeks) - Guideline-compliant indication for excision of the inguinal HS lesions with subsequent initiation of a biologic (IL-17 antagonist) - Access to a smartphone
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: - Pre-therapy with biologics - Immunosuppressive system therapies - Tumor disease - Contraindications for the initiation of IL-17 inhibitor therapy - Inability to give consent - Age under 18 years - No access to a smartphone - Malignancy in the last 5 years (epithelial skin tumors excluded) - Pregnancy, breastfeeding, hereditary bleeding tendency - Positive TB elispot - Hepatitis or HIV - chronic inflammatory bowel disease - Alcohol dependence (score of =8 in the alcohol questionnaire)
