Group 1: The study group consists of patients undergoing surgery in the Trendelenburg position. Intraoperatively the invasively measured blood pressure, the flow velocity of the middle cerebral artery

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: age > 18 years; ASA I -IV; surgery with general anaesthesia or combined anaesthesia; indikation for intraoperative measurement of cerebral blood flow; hemodynamic monitoring by means of arterial blood pressure measurement; written consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Emergency operation; pregnancy; preoperative hemodynamic instability; deseases of the central nervous system; no written consent
