Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Confirmed SARS-CoV-2 infection that occurred at least three months ago, with post-COVID symptoms persisting for at least three months.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Post-vaccination syndrome, Severe psychiatric and neurological disorders (e.g. psychosis, acute suicidality, dementia)

Health-related quality of life measured using the SF-12 at five different time points over a 12-month period (T0, T1 [+3 months], T2 [+6 months], T3 [+9 months], and T4 [+12 months]).
