Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All patients with TAAA who were treated with the off-pump method in our clinic in the period from 29 January 2016 to 31 February 2025 will be included in the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: no further exclusion criteria

MeasureTime frame
The primary endpoints of this study are: - „30-day mortality“: proportion of patients who die within 30 days (both during the inpatient hospitalisation and afterwards) regardless of the cause - „Spinal Cord Ischaemia“: Proportion of patients who suffer peri- or post-operative spinal ischaemia during their hospitalisation - „Stroke“: proportion of patients who suffer a peri- or post-operative stroke during their hospitalisation

The secondary endpoints of this study are: - „perioperative complication“ (perioperative complications) - „reintervention rate“ (rate of reinterventions) - „postoperative infection rate“ (postoperative infection rate) - „postoperative kidney failure“ (postoperative kidney failure)
