Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All pregnant women who are hospitalized and treated in the Clinic for Gynecology and Obstetrics, Essen University Hospital.

Exclusion criteria

Primary

MeasureTime frame
The study is to be carried out as a pilot study between May and July 2025 in the Clinic for Gynecology and Obstetrics, Essen University Hospital and works with a random sample during this period. The target variables are the reduction of feelings of anxiety and stress in pregnant women in an inpatient context.

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
The secondary aim is to enable greater psychological flexibility in order to achieve a noticeable increase in self-efficacy and well-being in pregnant women.
