Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - Age of majority - Consent to the study - Completed 3-year vocational training (educator, curative education) or completed studies to become a primary or secondary school teacher - Sufficient knowledge of German (at least C1)

Exclusion criteria: - Rejection of the study - Completed medical or nursing professional training of more than 3 years
