Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Nursing professional in nursing or paediatric nursing with completed state final examination have been working in an intensive care unit for at least 1 year at the time of the survey sufficient knowledge of German to conduct an interview

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: professional group other than nursing staff No completed state final examination in nursing or paediatric nursing Place of practice other than intensive care unit worked in the intensive care unit for less than 1 year at the time of the survey insufficient knowledge of German
