Group 1: 132 patients in early mobilization and early rehabilitation are included as a point sample. The first cohort of 66 patients will receive the Charité Mobility Index (CHARMI) in electronic form

Inclusion criteria: Patients in early mobilization or early rehabilitation

Exclusion criteria: Dementia, delirium, language barrier
