Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: signed informed consent to participate in the study; participation in the three-week inpatient occupational dermatology maintenance program at the Institute for Interdisciplinary Dermatological Prevention and Rehabilitation at the Osnabrück University; adequate German language skills to comprehend the app content and complete the questionnaires; access to a smartphone with internet capability

Exclusion criteria: Insufficient knowledge of the German language
