Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Healthy individuals Age: 18 to 35 years Regular recreational physical activity (at least once per week)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Cardiovascular diseases Pulmonary diseases Conduction disorders (e.g., AV block type II or III) Acute infections (viral or bacterial) or other infectious diseases Pregnancy Current participation in another study Lack of compliance Physical or psychological impairments that: - prevent participation in testing, or - make it impossible to provide reliable information
