Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Patients with the following medically diagnosed diseases: (1) unipolar depression or (2) colorectal cancer or (3) lung cancer capable to perform exercise (PAR-Q & exercise ECG) Voluntary participation ECOG status = 2 In possession of a smartphone with Android or iOS operating system Available for the study for a 14-week period Willingness to wear a wearable
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Uncontrolled brain or bone metastases Haemoglobin concentration < 8 g/dl Fluid infections (acute uncontrolled infections) Severe cardiac or respiratory diseases (with the exception of lung cancer) such as Acute myocardial infarction, unstable angina pectoris, uncontrolled cardiac arrhythmia with symptoms and/or impaired haemodynamics, symptomatic severe aortic stenosis, decompensated heart failure, severe acute exacerbated COPD, uncontrolled bronchial asthma, acute pulmonary artery embolism, acute myocarditis/pericarditis Neurological or orthopaedic diseases that could severely impair physical activity
