Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: a) they are caring for a relative in a domestic setting b) have sufficient knowledge of German to understand the informed consent and the spiritual intervention c) sign the written consent to participate in the study (Informed Consent)

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: a) they are minors b) are legally cared for themselves c) participate in another intervention study to promote spiritual well-being or life satisfaction.
