Interventions

Group 1: This is an observational study of pregnant patients with congenital heart defects. We are looking at anesthesiological care during delivery. No influence is exerted on the treatment.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Adult patients with congenital heart defects presenting for delivery. Signed informed consent form. Clear understanding of the study information.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Persons who are in a dependent / employment relationship with one of the investigators. Lack of a written declaration of consent or lack of capacity to consent. Persons who are deprived of their liberty on the basis of an official order or a court order or authorization.
