Design outcomes
Primary
| Measure | Time frame |
|---|---|
| The intestinal vascularization as a predictor for activity of inflammation shows a significant reduction after start of therapy. | — |
Secondary
| Measure | Time frame |
|---|---|
| 1. After start of therapy a decrease of intestinal stiffness measured by strain and shear wave elastography is measured 2. Thickness of the intestinal wall decreases after a positive response to therapy. 3. Sonographic methods correlate well with clinical, laboratory and endoscopic markers of activity | — |
