Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - Patients with a confirmed diagnosis of early-stage cutaneous T-cell lymphoma (mycosis fungoides type) - Patients with inflammatory skin diseases (eczema, psoriasis) and planned dermatosurgical intervention, where it is to be expected that non-lesional skin will also be excised - Patients with clinically typical small-plaque parapsoriasis (SPP) and histologically appropriate findings as well as a documented course of at least 6 months - Patients with clinically typical large-plaque parapsoriasis (LPP) and histologically appropriate findings and a documented course of at least 6 months

explorative study Aims are 1- the description and comparison of T cell populations in the skin and its microenvironment (TME) in parapsoriasis, early MF, patients with inflammatory dermatoses and healthy controls using single cell transcriptomics and spatial transcriptomics with subcellular resolution. Using Louvain clustering of gene expression data, we will identify similarities or differences in the expression of. >50,000 (single nucleus transcriptomics) genes per single nucleus. In a second step, it is possible to visualize cells with similar gene expression patterns directly on the histological section using spatial transcriptomics and to compare them with the results of single-nucleus transcriptomics as well as known histological criteria. 2- to investigate whether possible differences at the transcriptional level can also be confirmed at the protein level. For this purpose, immunohistochemical staining is performed on FFPE tissue. The investigations are carried out both on the tissue that has already been analyzed for single-cell transcriptomics and retrospectively on additional archived formalin-fixed tissue samples.
