Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: • Women with pathogenic variants in the BRCA1 or BRCA2 genes who were recruited in MoreRisk and SYSKON • Women with unilateral breast cancer and women without breast cancer • Consent to being contacted again by the HerediCaRe register • Informed consent for study participation • Sufficient language skills in German

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: • Women with palliative care in cancer
