Postural deficits, back pain, and sedentary behavior are growing health concerns among children. This study investigates preventive measures to promote spinal health in primary school-aged populations.

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Age between 6 and 11 years Participation with parental consent Ability to follow the web-based program Sufficient German language skills to complete questionnaires
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Pre-existing structural conditions (e.g., scoliosis) Medical restrictions preventing participation in strengthening exercises Neurological disorders Concurrent participation in other intervention studies More than 10% missing responses in questionnaires Study withdrawal or program duration exceeding 15 weeks
