Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age between 6 and 11 years Participation with parental consent Ability to follow the web-based program Sufficient German language skills to complete questionnaires

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Pre-existing structural conditions (e.g., scoliosis) Medical restrictions preventing participation in strengthening exercises Neurological disorders Concurrent participation in other intervention studies More than 10% missing responses in questionnaires Study withdrawal or program duration exceeding 15 weeks

Primary

MeasureTime frame
All outcomes were assessed in testing sessions conducted before and after the intervention. The following variables were measured and analyzed for changes: Trunk muscle endurance, assessed using a slightly adapted version of the McGill endurance tests for trunk flexors and extensors Postural abnormalities, evaluated through visual and functional assessments based on an examination form previously used by the research group Functional mobility, measured using the Functional Movement Screen (FMS) Back-related knowledge, assessed via a 9-item knowledge test Psychological well-being, measured using a forward- and back-translated version of the English SCS-C questionnaire (assessing self-compassion in children) and the BSCI-Y questionnaire (assessing self-concept in children)

MeasureTime frame
Changes in postural endurance, measured using the Matthiass test, and in parent-reported daily sitting time, as well as the use of the movement diary and habit tracker in the intervention group.
