Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - Legal age and capacity to consent - Presence of the signed Broad Informed Consent (V1.9) from the Thoraxklinik Heidelberg

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - No or insufficient tumor-free biomaterial available that is not required for diagnostics. - Withdrawal of patient consent.

The primary aim of the study is to induce lung injury in human PCLS samples through bleomycin treatment and to establish the method as a new model for studying lung injury.	—
