Group 1: In this study, 60 retrospective clinical PET/CT examinations (PSMA and FDG PET/CT, either initial staging or follow-up) from LMU Klinikum are selected, anonymized, and segmented using AI (Les
secondary endpoints: report quality and subjective confidence.
Time points: single reading of the 6 assigned cases per reader, followed by completion of a survey on the experience with and without AI

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: - Patients: Retrospective cohort of 60 cases with PSMA- or FDG-PET/CT (staging or follow-up) from LMU Klinikum. - Readers: Board-certified or in training in Radiology/Nuclear Medicine with =6 months of PET/CT experience, able to report in German.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: - Patients: PET/CT acquisition not at LMU Klinikum, insufficient image quality. - Readers: missing informed consent, incomplete readings, non-German reports, obvious misconduct, involvement in the RIPE study team.

| The primary endpoint is the reporting time. The reporting time per case is automatically measured by the reading platform. Interruptions during reporting are automatically detected by the Bayer Reading Platform through mouse tracking and subtracted from the reporting time in the analysis. If the reporting is interrupted for more than 15 minutes, the case will be excluded from the analysis. | — |

| Secondary endpoints are report quality and reader confidence. Report quality is assessed using a 5-point audit score, in which PET/CT experts compare the readers’ reports with the reference reports. Reader confidence is recorded on a 6-point rating scale. | — |
