Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: German-speaking, age greater than or equal to 18 years, willingness to participate and consent, musculoskeletal pain and/or swelling in at least one of the following anatomical sites (finger joints, wrists, elbows, shoulders, ankles or Achilles tendon), smartphone ownership.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - Patients have already undergone an ultrasound examination performed - Patients do not want to be informed about possible incidental findings - Patients are unable to use an ultrasound machine due to joint problems vision or other reasons, they are not able to operate an ultrasound machine. operate
