|---|---|
| The aim of the study – from both the perspective of internal departmental quality management and scientific interest – is to evaluate the clinical and technical outcomes of radiographic examinations performed at the LMU University Hospital over the past 20 years. The study seeks to determine whether the diagnosis made in the radiographic examination corresponds with the diagnosis made using additional imaging datasets from other aforementioned modalities, if available, and whether the preoperative diagnosis matches the histological findings. For this purpose, the corresponding peri-, intra-, and post-interventional imaging data in PACS and LAMP will be analyzed. | — |
Secondary
| Measure | Time frame |
|---|---|
| In addition to the aforementioned clinical data, the relevant technical parameters of the orthopantomographic examination shall be systematically evaluated. This includes information on radiation dose and the technical settings of the radiography system used, as well as the frequency of the examination. | — |
