Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: • Participants between the ages of 18 and 40, of any gender and social background, can take part in the study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: • Muscular injuries to the lower extremities that have led to immobilization or reduced load capacity within the last 3 months • Diagnosed heart problems, risk of thrombosis, previous orthopedic conditions
