Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: – Clinicians who participated in at least 12 MTBs within the last six months, – German language level B2 or higher, as the MTB meeting and the interview will be conducted in German

1) Evaluation of the fidelity and usability of an XR-Case-Conferencing platform for MTBs.

2) Assess the potential influence of the XR environment on teamwork, communication, and decision-making. 3) Identify the advantages and disadvantages of using VR/MR environments compared to traditional virtual MTBs 4) Identify possible facilitators and barriers to integrating an XR-based interdisciplinary tumor board into clinical practice.
