Group 1: FEES Examination in Out-of-Hospital Intensive Care - During the FEES examination, clinical parameters such as swallowing disorders and the condition of the airways are assessed.

Recording of applied deflation procedures (e.g., cuff deflation); duration of deflations and responsible personnel; reasons for decannulation failure (e.g., respiratory insufficiency); application of specific weaning criteria; endoscopic parameters from the instrumental swallowing examination. The time frame is from January 2024 to March 2025.	—
