Exclusion criteria: No consent for FEES examination

Recording of applied deflation procedures (e.g., cuff deflation); duration of deflations and responsible personnel; reasons for decannulation failure (e.g., respiratory insufficiency); application of specific weaning criteria; endoscopic parameters from the instrumental swallowing examination. The time frame is from January 2024 to March 2025.
