Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: APNs: -Assumption of the APN-role before January 1, 2023 -A minimum of 75% of the contracted working time must be spent performing APN-related duties. -Master's degree -Completion of a leadership training program Registered Nurses, Nurse Assistants, Nurse Managers, Physicians: -APN meets inclusion criteria -Participant has been working in the department for six months
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: -If the APN does not meet the inclusion criteria, the corresponding departments, units, and associated staff members will be excluded. -Nurse Assistants with 1 year education -Allied health professionals (e.g. physiotherapists, speech and language therapists)
