Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Good knowledge of German and no regular practice of any breathing techniques (maximum of 4 times per month)
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Presence of a cardiovascular or cerebrovascular condition, respiratory disease, anxiety or trauma-related disorder, minority (underage), or pregnancy
